  • Hillcrest HealthCare System (HHS) is a comprehensive health system with approximately 6,500 employees that serves the communities of eastern Oklahoma. HHS is comprised of Hillcrest Medical Center, Hillcrest Hospital South, Hillcrest Hospital Claremore, Oklahoma Heart Institute, Bailey Medical Center, Utica Park Clinic, Hillcrest Hospital Cushing, Hillcrest Hospital Henryetta, Hillcrest Hospital Pryor and Tulsa Spine & Specialty Hospital.

The Clinical Resource Specialist serves as a vital link between clinical operations and the supply chain, leveraging clinical expertise to ensure the procurement, management, and use of medical supplies and equipment are aligned with quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness goals. This role drives product standardization, supports value analysis, and contributes to overall clinical and operational efficiency. 

Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of supply chain and/or clinical operational hospital or healthcare-related experience

Preferred Job Requirements:  

  • Master’s degree
  • Multi-facility (Integrated Delivery Network, IDN) experience.
  • Supply Chain experience from a clinical perspective.
  • Sound business judgement with a strong understanding of healthcare services, operations, and finance.
