This position is ideal for someone interested in building a career in the electrical trade while gaining hands-on experience working alongside experienced electricians. The Electrical Apprentice will assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems while learning proper electrical procedures, safety standards, and industry best practices. Essential Duties & Responsibilities聽 路 Assist licensed electricians with electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance. 路 Install and assist with wiring, conduit, outlets, switches, fixtures, panels, and other electrical components. 路 Learn to read and understand electrical drawings, diagrams, and job specifications. 路 Use hand and power tools safely and properly. 路 Assist with troubleshooting electrical systems and identifying potential issues. 路 Measure, cut, bend, and install conduit and wiring as directed. 路 Maintain tools, equipment, materials, and an organized work area. 路 Follow all company safety procedures and applicable electrical codes. 路 Travel to residential and commercial job sites as assigned. 路 Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, supervisors, and other trades. 路 Complete assigned apprenticeship training and continue developing electrical knowledge and skills. 路 Perform other duties as assigned. QualificationsQualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 路 Previous electrical, construction, or trade experience is helpful but not required. 路 Strong interest in learning the electrical trade and developing a long-term career. 路 Ability to follow instructions and work effectively alongside experienced electricians. 路 Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn. 路 Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. 路 Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. 路 Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work in various positions for extended periods. 路 Ability to safely lift and carry tools, equipment, and materials. 路 Ability to work on ladders and in confined or elevated spaces when necessary. 路 Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather and job-site conditions.
