How you'll make an impact in this role

Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the hemodialysis process, directly improving patient well-being and outcomes.
Maintain and operate dialysis equipment with precision, helping to deliver life-sustaining treatments to individuals with kidney failure.
Collaborate closely with nurses and physicians, contributing to a supportive healthcare team and effective patient care.
Educate and support patients and their families about the dialysis process, empowering them with knowledge and reassurance.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
Hemodialysis Tech credentialed from the Nephrology Nursing Certification Commission (NNCC) obtained within 18 Months (1.5 years) of hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

What additional requirements you'll need

CCHT Certification strongly preferred
Empathetic communication, strong attention to detail and time management skills
