Interventional Pain Physician Outpatient · Procedure-focused · Tulsa, Oklahoma Full time   No nights   On-site    ASC   Sign-on bonus   Productivity incentives   Multi-site travel Why this role Pure outpatient. Pure procedures. No hospital call, no inpatient rounding — just the work you trained for, in a well-run clinic with an ASC on-site and strong referral pipelines already in place. Whether you're a new fellow looking for high procedure volume or an experienced physician ready to leave call and administrative burden behind, The Spine & Pain Center offers the clinical environment that lets you focus on patients. You'll join an established multidisciplinary team with experienced support staff and leadership that genuinely values physician autonomy. Locations Home base in Tulsa, with scheduled travel to satellite clinics: Muskogee, OK, Bartlesville, OK Schedule Mon – Thu7:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday7:30 AM – 12:00 PM Procedures you'll perform Epidural steroid injections Facet joint & medial branch blocks    Radiofrequency ablation    Fluoroscopy-guided spine injections Treatment plans are individualized, evidence-based, and developed in coordination with physician and APP colleagues.   QualificationsWhat we're looking for MD or DO with BC/BE in Pain Medicine, PM&R, Anesthesiology, Neurology, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine Fellowship training in Pain Medicine or Interventional Spine strongly preferred Hands-on experience with fluoroscopy-guided procedures Active Oklahoma medical license or eligibility to obtain Active DEA registration or ability to obtain Collaborative mindset and commitment to patient-centered care Willingness to travel between Tulsa, Muskogee, and Bartlesville as scheduled Compensation  Competitive base salary and sign-on bonus Productivity and procedure-based incentives Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off Malpractice Coverage CEU Bank Benefits At The Spine and Pain Center, we believe in taking care of the people who take care of our patients.
