Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with classroom instruction and supervision of students
- Assist with program attendance
- Support a safe, equitable, learning environment for students of all racial, cultural, and socio-economic backgrounds
- Supervise outside and inside extra curricular activities
- Implement age-appropriate activities that support the academic development of students and meet the goals of the TBNYS program
- Help maintain a clean and organize learning environment
- Check classroom/program equipment to ensure they are in good condition
- Attend all required professional development and training opportunities
- Attend family engagement events and activities
- Maintain a positive attitude and work with others as a member of a team

Min Qualifications
- Experience working with children
- Computer literacy skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Effective communication skills

- Previous K-we program experience
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
