The Role
As Project Manager at BMCC, you will lead day-to-day construction operations for multifamily projects. You will oversee planning, manage costs and schedules, and foster strong communication with owners and subcontractors.Â
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: Drive the construction process, mentor field staff, and protect company culture.
- Financials: Manage project estimates, cost accounting, updates, and invoice approvals.
- Contracts: Formulate, issue, and enforce subcontracts and purchase orders.
- Operations: Visit sites regularly to ensure quality, scope control, and schedule accuracy.
- Communication: Lead project meetings, publish minutes, and align owners and upper management.
- Relations: Coordinate with local authorities and manage punch-list and closeout phases.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of progressive project management experience in multifamily construction.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field or equivalent practical mastery.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency with Procore for project management and scheduling.
- Expertise: Strong grasp of construction methods, cost accounting, and estimating.
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 30%.Â
Salary Range: $85,000 – $130,000 / year (Base salary is commensurate with experience and multifamily project volume)
