Major Responsibilities聽 聽
- Ensure that products and goods manufactured meet quality standards聽聽
- Motivate workers to enhance production quantity and at the same time maintain high production standards聽
- Ensures that all workers have protective gear and clothing before going to site to work to safeguard themselves against production hazards聽
- Work as middleman between workers and management to create healthy communication 聽聽聽聽
Qualifications
- HS diploma or GED聽
- Ability to develop, implement and assess performance metrics聽
- Expertise in Microsoft Office programs and in desktop and mobile technology聽聽
- Ability to give directions to team members聽
- Have good time management skills Possess strong interpersonal skills to relate with all members of the team聽
- Previous experience leading a team
