Job DetailsJob Location: Tyler, TX 75703Salary Range: $15.00 - $16.00 HourlyMember Services position supports the General Manager, Tennis Pros and Fitness Director with the day-to-day membership needs of Tyler Racquet Club. This position focuses on member services, prospective member follow-up, membership enrollment and onboarding, club tours, and assisting with parties and events. The Member Services Position should be visible, approachable, and actively engaged with both current and prospective members. Strong communication, dependability, organization, and follow-through are important parts of this position Qualifications Be dependable, punctual, and accountable. Communicate consistently with management. Maintain a professional, friendly, and welcoming presence. Be actively engaged with members and guests. Provide excellent member service. Follow through on membership leads and assigned responsibilities. Take ownership of parties or events personally booked or assigned to her. Maintain confidentiality regarding member and club information. Represent Tyler Racquet Club professionally at all times. Help create an environment where current members feel valued and prospective members feel welcomed. Work cooperatively with all club departments. Follow through on commitments and communicate promptly when circumstances change. Be present and engaged during major club events and events personally booked or coordinated.
