JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Our team member must possess or example the following:

  • Must have management experience.
  • Must have Pool Distribution experience
  • Has some college education.
  • Is a natural leader and possesses strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Has a gentle spirit and remains calm when things go wrong beyond our control.
  • Possesses excellent customer relations skills.
  • Is detailed and well spoken.
  • Is comfortable with Word, Excel and computer software in general.
  • Prefer experience in this industry.

Job Summary
As an Assistant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the company's operations. You will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and performance
- Manage and optimize processes to enhance overall efficiency
- Lead business development initiatives to drive growth and profitability
- Supervise and mentor staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Conduct strategic planning to align operations with organizational goals
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement

Skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development
- Proficiency in project management to ensure timely execution of operational initiatives
- Experience in sales and profit loss analysis to drive revenue growth
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies to streamline operations

Job Type: Full-time
