Job Title: Inventory Specialist


Must reside within the Greater Atlanta/Union City Area to apply.



QAE Logistics LLC is a multi-state business engaged in equipment storage and logistics management, with an open position for someone to handle daily inventory control.


Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory control processes and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient materials handling and management.
- Utilize e-commerce platforms and software systems, such as SmartSheet or Oracle, to track and analyze inventory data.
- Collect/maintain accurate inventory records (stock levels, locations, and movements).
- Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts or excess inventory.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues related to inventory management.
- Develop and maintain effective supplier management relationships to ensure reliable and cost-effective supply chain operations.


Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Proficient in using e-commerce platforms and software systems for warehouse inventory management.
- Excellent data collection, analysis, and reporting skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers.

- Ability to stand for 8 hours and work outdoors in various weather conditions is required.

- SmartSheet or Oracle inventory knowledge is highly desirable for this position.
