Compensation Range

The base pay scale for this position is $30.77 - $46.84. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.

What you will be doing

JOB DESCRIPTION
Monday-Friday 6:45am-3pm

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
1-2 years experience in healthcare and supporting administrators

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, strong organizational skills with attention to detail

PHYSICAL WORKING CONDITIONS
Sitting in a comfortable position with frequent opportunity to move about and traverse the hospital campus. Examples: executive, management, administrative and secretarial positions.

ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS
Comfortable indoor area Located in a comfortable indoor area. Examples: executive, management and secretarial positions.

HAZARDS OSHA
~Category 3 Tasks that involve no exposure to blood, body fluids, tissues, or other potentially infectious materials and Category 1 tasks are not a condition of employment.

POSITION & UNIT ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination for department leadership.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Assists with meetings schedules, coordination, and documentations
  • Support meeting logistics, including agenda preparation, minutes, and distribution of materials.
  • Facilitate communication between leadership, staff, physicians, and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with employee recognition, engagement initiatives, and departmental events.
  • Perform registration functions across multiple service lines using the EPIC system.
  • Receiving and triaging heavy incoming call volume and responding professionally
  • Maintains satisfactory attendance record.
  • Reports for duty punctually.
  • Adjusts to changing situations and work assignments.



EDUCATION REQUIRED
Bachelors or equivalent experience Bachelors

EDUCATION PREFERRED
High School Diploma or equivalent G.E.D. required.

Associate’s degree preferred.

SKILLS REQUIRED
Working knowledge of medical terminology.

Self-directed, motivated, and resourceful.

Demonstrates initiative.

Working knowledge of MS Office Suite application: Word, Excel, Outlook.
