Job Summary:

The University of Mississippi is conducting a search for an Assistant Men's Basketball coach

Job Description:

The incumbent will assist in all areas to include planning and organizing practices and competitions, recruiting, compliance, promotion, administration, and development of student-athletes in a Division I program.

Job Responsibilities:


-Coach and develop an assigned position group, focusing on fundamentals, technique, and position-specific skills.

-Contribute to weekly game planning, including reviewing opponent film, identifying tendencies, and recommending adjustments.

-Break down and evaluate practice and game film to assess player performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop correction plans.



Substitution Statement: An equivalent combination of related experience and education may be considered for this role. Substitutions of the required experience or education will be assessed on a 1:1 substitution basis.
