JOB SUMMARY
A mid-level position that performs a variety of general maintenance/construction duties; inspecting, repairing, maintaining buildings and equipment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: One year in building maintenance and equipment repair, preferable in a health care setting.
Knowledge and Skills: Journeyman level (expert) in at least one of the following trades, demonstrated competence in at least 2, and basic knowledge of remaining trades: Painting, Carpentry, Maintenance, Electrical, HVAC and Locksmith. Basic computer skills. Read blue prints.
License/Certifications: Valid California driver’s license. Forklift certification preferred. Locksmith certification/bonded and HVAC EPA certification as applicable.
Equipment: Experience with hand and power tools. Employee provides basic personal hand tools.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform the essential physical requirements of the job.
PAY RANGE
$22.00 - $30.57

Salary offers are determined by candidate’s relevant experience and skills. For per diem positions, a standard rate is used based on market data and not the candidate’s individual experience.
