We are seeking compassionate, dependable Home Health Aides to provide quality care and support to clients in the comfort of their homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other activities of daily living.
- Provide mobility assistance and help maintain a safe home environment.
- Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with basic errands.
- Observe and report changes in client condition to the care team.
- Follow individualized care plans and complete required documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in home care, home health, or a related field.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Valid auto insurance with proof of current coverage.
- Ability to pass background and drug screening.
- Dependable, professional, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
Compensation & Benefits
