Are you a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking for a rewarding one-on-one nursing opportunity? Join our team providing private duty home care for a patient in the Westerville, OH 43081 area.
This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN with seizure and G-tube experience who enjoys building meaningful relationships while delivering high-quality, individualized care in a home setting.
Schedule
We are hiring for:
- Day Shift: 12PM-4PM
Coverage is needed Monday through Friday. Full-time opportunities are available.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled one-on-one nursing care in the patient's home
- Perform tracheostomy (trach) care and suctioning as needed
- Manage G-tube feedings and care
- Administer medications as ordered
- Monitor and document patient condition and nursing interventions
- Communicate effectively with the patient's family and healthcare team
- Ensure a safe, comfortable, and supportive care environment
Qualifications
- Current Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
- Experience with seizure care required
- Experience with G-tube care and enteral feedings required
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing exceptional patient care
Pay & Benefits
- Starting Pay: $31.00 per hour
