QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent (required) Minimum of 2 years of experience in a formal child care setting CDA or 9+ ECE preferred Willingness to earn a CDA if not already completed (support available) Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and actively engage with children indoors and outdoors A dependable, patient, and enthusiastic team player with a passion for early learning
