We’re looking for a dependable Branch Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced, 24/7 service environment. This role is responsible for driving branch performance across safety, service delivery, employee development, customer satisfaction, and financial results while ensuring consistent execution across all locations and shifts.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee all daily branch operations, including staffing, scheduling, dispatching, and equipment readiness
  • Ensure consistent service execution across all job sites, routes, and shifts
  • Lead supervisors, drivers, technicians, and support staff to meet performance, safety, and service goals
  • Provide ongoing coaching, performance management, and development planning to strengthen team capability
  • Monitor and manage branch financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control
  • Identify operational efficiencies that improve productivity while maintaining service standards
  • Partner with sales and leadership teams to support customer growth, retention, and contract execution
  • Ensure all services align with customer expectations, contract requirements, and company standards
  • Maintain compliance with DOT regulations, safety policies, labor requirements, and internal procedures
  • Promote and enforce a strong safety culture through training, accountability, and field presence
  • Maintain regular visibility at job sites and customer locations to support service quality and issue resolution
  • Respond to after-hours operational needs, emergencies, and service disruptions to ensure continuity

 

What You’ll Need

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred; equivalent operational leadership experience considered
  • 5–7 years of leadership experience in industrial services, sanitation, construction, logistics, or similar field-based operations
  • Experience managing fleet operations, equipment, and geographically dispersed teams
  • Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills with the ability to perform in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments
