We are looking for a Key Account Inside Sales Support Representative to join our growing organization! QualificationsGeneral Position Summary The Key Accounts Inside Sales Support Staff is responsible for providing essential support for the Key Accounts Inside Sales Representatives that work with our National Key Account customers. Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Enter orders into Oracle and / or Salesforce. This involves placing the order, setting up the appropriate delivery method and ship date, and verifying the status of the order and delivery. Responsible for obtaining missing information and following up with the Inside Sales Representative regarding any PO related matters. Work with the Insides Sales Representative to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries regarding order status. Provide information to Inside Sales Representative regarding inventory levels, shipping and tracking and other order related tasks. Monitor and track incoming backordered products to ensure that orders ship complete and on time. Keep the Inside Sales Representative and the Distribution Centers up to date on the status of those units. Assist Inside Sales representative with all aspects of entering and shipping Purchase Orders through Salesforce and Oracle. Assist Inside Sales Representative with freight and install quotes. Manage Install Cases in Salesforce for orders that require Install, as well as work with the Install Coordinator or Customer Experience Leads in the service team to coordinate and work through installations. Assist with escalations such as gathering information when a customer claims to be missing product, when a customer receives too much product, when product delivers damaged, or when the customer receives incorrect product. Update and maintain the Key Accounts Spreadsheet and help the Key Accounts team prepare for the weekly Key Accounts Meeting. Perform various data entry functions throughout the day. Provides support to other team members when needed. Additional duties may be assigned.
