How the Bartender works with the Team: A Bartender will serve alcohol to our guests in a professional and friendly manner. In addition, will provide our guests with the information necessary to make a dining or drinking choices by performing a menu tour and ensuring guest satisfaction. Team Member Responsibilities: Create new drink menu items that are fun, creative, and trendy Greet and thank each guest in an enthusiastic, professional & timely manner Be knowledgeable about the products and the services Mountain Creek provides Serve the guests’ selections in a manner that is consistent with Mountain Creek‘s policies and procedures Stock and maintain adequate inventory in designated workstation Complete daily opening and closing checklists Provide a positive team experience, earn customer loyalty, mutual respect and continuously striving to be the best Perform other duties as assigned by your Manager/Supervisor Team Member Qualifications: 1-2 year of Bartending experience in a high-volume establishment Excellent communication skills Professional, mature, and friendly demeanor Willingness to work as part of a team Must have knowledge of basic cleanliness and sanitation practices Must be 18 years of age or older Knowledgeable in all areas of the bartending field Ability to work in a fast, upbeat environment Qualifications
