Position Summary
The Onsite Supervisor is responsible for the overall coordination and supervision of temporary employees at a client location. This position serves as the primary point of contact between the staffing company, client hiring managers, supervisors, and temporary employees.
The Onsite Supervisor will help identify staffing needs, support recruiting and onboarding activities, monitor employee performance and attendance, ensure safety and training requirements are met, and provide excellent customer service to both the client and employees.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary onsite contact for the client, supervisors, hiring managers, and temporary employees

Submit qualified candidates to the client's hiring authorities

Recruit, interview, and assist with placing qualified candidates

Coordinate staffing needs and provide emergency staffing support when required

Conduct workplace walkthroughs, safety audits, and inspections

Follow up with supervisors to ensure staffing needs are consistently met

Organize, maintain, and file employee and staffing documentation

Attend company and client meetings as requested

Ensure employees have the required PPE, safety training, and departmental training

Pick up and distribute payroll checks to employees

Update payroll sheets and employee records

Enter and maintain accurate new associate information in the company system

Review employee worked hours and payroll records for accuracy

Resolve missing or incorrect time records to prevent payroll and invoicing issues

Prepare and submit payroll and attendance reports

Monitor employee attendance and staffing levels
-
Assist with employee replacements, assignment changes, or terminations as needed

Investigate workplace incidents and complete injury reports when work-related accidents occur

Maintain positive relationships with employees, supervisors, and client representatives

Address employee concerns and help resolve workplace issues professionally

Perform additional staffing, administrative, and onsite duties as assigned
Job Requirements

Bilingual English/Spanish required

Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, human resources, supervision, or customer service preferred

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Computer proficient with the ability to maintain payroll and employee records

Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word preferred
