What You’ll Do:
- Take full ownership of inventory integrity across all physical warehouses and virtual locations.
- Develop and manage replenishment strategies based on demand forecasting. You will oversee the movement, transfers, and relocation of stock from bulk storage locations to active pick locations to support Majors and specialty customers.
- Analyze open orders to prioritize the receiving and processing of Work-In-Progress (WIP) shipments based on immediate demand.
- Design and enforce standardized workflows for:
- Put-away and ongoing cycle counting protocols.
- Multi-channel transfer workflows (Wholesale ↔ E-com ↔ 2nd Quality ↔ Damages).
- Internal auditing and sample management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all inventory reviews, discrepancies research and movements, ensuring transparency across departments.
- Ensure pickable locations are restocked accurately and ahead of demand spikes.
- Minimize the delta between system records and physical counts through rigorous audit cycles.
- Maintain a strict 48-hour turnaround for units to be processed from receipt back onto shelves.
- Ensure replenishment needs are met proactively to prevent stock-outs on high-velocity items.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years in inventory control, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Strong ability to interpret demand forecasting and stock-level data to drive physical movements.
- A "systems thinker" who can standardize complex workflows across multiple locations.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and Excel.
- Ability to pivot priorities quickly based on shifting sales demands and open order volume.
