Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable and flexible Production Support Associate to assist with a variety of tasks throughout the manufacturing operation. This position will involve packaging, production support, material handling, and learning different equipment.

The ideal candidate is someone who can adapt to changing assignments, pay close attention to detail, and is willing to learn new processes as production needs change.

Key Responsibilities

• Package finished products and verify that the correct items are placed in the proper boxes.
  
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
  
• Learn and operate the roll-pack machine as training is provided.
  
• Move between different production areas and assist wherever needed.
  
• Follow production instructions to ensure products are prepared accurately.
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
  
• Assist with other manufacturing duties as assigned.
  

Qualifications

• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  
• Able to transition between different tasks throughout the workday.
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately package products.
  
• Willingness to learn new equipment and production processes.
  
• Ability to follow directions and work well with others.
  
• Comfortable performing physical work in a manufacturing environment.
  
• Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience is a plus.
