The Red Bird is looking for friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Cashiers/Sandwich Makers to join our team. We are seeking energetic individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, preparing quality food, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and take orders accurately
Process cash and card transactions efficiently
Prepare sandwiches and other menu items according to company standards
Assist customers with menu questions and recommendations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter and food preparation areas
Restock supplies and assist with daily operational tasks
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Ensure a positive dining experience for every guest
Work closely with team members during busy shifts

Requirements

Previous cashier, sandwich maker, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Availability for evenings and weekends
Reliable transportation
Basic English required (Spanish is a plus)

Pay & Schedule

$16/hour
