Precision Fabrics Group is looking for an experienced Maintenance Mechanic – Electronics to keep our manufacturing equipment running safely, reliably, and efficiently. This is a hands-on industrial maintenance role where you’ll troubleshoot problems, repair electronic systems, work from schematics, and help keep production moving. No two days are exactly alike—and your ability to figure out why something isn’t working can make a real difference. WHAT YOU'LL DO •             Troubleshoot and repair industrial electronic and electrical equipment •             Diagnose problems using testing equipment, schematics, wiring diagrams, and manuals •             Repair electronic circuits, boards, controls, power supplies, amplifiers, drives, and other components •             Work with PLCs, AC inverters, electronic drives, and industrial controls •             Install, program, and maintain electronic equipment •             Perform preventive and major maintenance on electronic systems throughout the plant •             Analyze equipment problems and determine the best repair approach •             Fabricate or modify parts when needed using machine shop tools and equipment •             Respond to maintenance work orders and help minimize production downtime •             Recommend improvements that increase reliability and reduce interruptions •             Follow plant safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area  YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU: •             Have experience troubleshooting industrial electrical/electronic systems •             Can read and understand electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints •             Are comfortable using electrical/electronic test equipment •             Have experience with PLCs, drives, controls, or industrial automation •             Enjoy troubleshooting a problem and figuring out the root cause •             Can work independently while also being a team player •             Take safety, quality, and craftsmanship seriously •             Like hands-on work and aren't afraid to get into the equipment WHY PFG? If you like solving problems, working with your hands, and keeping things running, this could be the job for you.   QualificationsRequired 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, with significant experience in electrical/electronic troubleshooting OR a technical degree/certificate in Industrial Electronics, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot electrical and electronic equipment using meters and other test equipment. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints. Experience with industrial controls, motors, drives, and control systems. Basic-to-intermediate experience with PLCs and AC variable-frequency drives/inverters. Ability to diagnose problems, determine the appropriate repair, and safely return equipment to service. Ability to work independently and respond effectively to equipment breakdowns. Strong commitment to safety and preventive maintenance. Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic equipment manuals and technical documentation. Preferred Experience in a textile, weaving, manufacturing, or industrial production environment. Experience programming or setting up electronic drives. Experience troubleshooting PLCs and industrial automation systems. Experience repairing electronic circuit boards/components. Experience with machine-shop equipment and fabrication. Electrical/electronics certification, apprenticeship, or technical degree. Experience performing preventive maintenance on industrial electronic systems.
