About the Role:
Patriot Showers is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our growing team in Greenville, SC! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them find the perfect shower solutions while delivering an outstanding experience from start to finish.
Pay: $18/hr + daily bonuses based on performance targets!

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist homeowners in setting free design appointments with our sales team
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with sales department
- Accurately enter and maintain customer data in CRM systems
- Follow up with leads and existing customers
- Meet or exceed call center performance metrics and KPIs
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment
- Proficient with computers and able to learn CRM software quickly
- Positive, patient, and solution-oriented attitude
- Ability to work a consistent schedule including alternating weekends
