Write complete, accurate estimates
Capture missed damage & supplements
Push back on insurance companies
Deliver a top-tier customer experience

What You’ll Do

Write and manage estimates using CCC ONE
Identify hidden damage + UPD (prior damage)
Handle insurance communication & approvals
Drive supplements and maximize repair accuracy
Educate customers on proper repairs (not insurance shortcuts)
Work closely with production to ensure no missed operations

What We’re Looking For

2+ years collision estimating experience
Strong with CCC ONE + insurance negotiations
Knows how to find labor, not miss it
Confident, professional, and not afraid to stand your ground
Bonus if you understand EV / Tesla / ADAS repairs
