What We're Looking For
We're hiring reliable Home Health Aides who genuinely enjoy helping others.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- HHA certification preferred.
- CNA accepted where applicable.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to safely assist clients with daily living activities.
- Good communication skills.
- Meets agency hiring requirements.
Your Daily Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
- Help with dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Prepare simple meals and assist with light daily tasks.
- Monitor clients and report concerns to the RN.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- Follow safety protocols and infection control guidelines.
- Treat every client with kindness, respect, and professionalism.
The home health aide or CNA shall not change sterile dressings, irrigate body cavities such as giving an enema, irrigate a colostomy or wound, perform gastric irrigation or enteral feeding, catheterize a patient, administer medication, apply heat by any method, care for a tracheostomy tube, nor provide any personal health service which has not been included in the plan of care.
