Job Summary Sanitas Medical Center is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our Countryside medical center. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who enjoys providing comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients across the lifespan, from pediatrics through geriatrics. The ideal candidate is passionate about building meaningful, long-term patient relationships and providing high-quality, patient-centered care within a collaborative, value-based care environment. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions. Provide preventive care, wellness visits, screenings, and immunizations. Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care with specialists and healthcare teams. Educate patients and families on preventive health and chronic disease management. Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR). Collaborate with care teams to support quality initiatives and improve patient outcomes. Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine. Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain prior to employment. Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain. Fluent in English and Spanish required. Strong communication, teamwork, and patient relationship-building skills. Passion for delivering comprehensive, patient-centered primary care. Ability and willingness to provide care to patients across the lifespan.
