Position
As a member of the Alternative Investments team in the Rockefeller Global Investment Management organization, the individual will work closely with the team and others to manage the Company’s alternative investment platform and support of the Rockefeller Private Advisors teams utilizing the platform. The individual will: support the alternative investments product management function, where the primary responsibility is delivering and maintaining differentiated investment offerings to clients, and serve as a key liaison among investment managers, investor relations teams, Compliance, Operations, Technology, Finance, Distribution, custodian, and external tech partners to support the successful distribution and ongoing management of alternative investment products.
Responsibilities
- Support Rockefeller PAs, client associates and other staff relating to Rockefeller alternative investment product solutions, platforms and tools.
- Respond to inbound inquiries for assistance by providing solution-based recommendations for PAs and other staff, including general questions and dedicated follow-through on more complex issues.
- Support proactive outreach and communication on matters important to PA teams.
- Help to manage the relationship between Rockefeller and external fund managers, vendors and other relationships.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of the team’s internal websites, policies, and procedures.
- Manage the ongoing production, review, approval, and distribution of marketing materials for the alternative investments platform.
- Track and present data metrics to assist in the growth and maintenance of the company’s alternative investment platform
- Provide strategic and tactical advice in all aspects of the development and implementation of the Company’s alternative investment offerings in an effort to scale the business more effectively and efficiently
- Assist in the onboarding of new advisor teams’ alternative investment portfolios onto the Company’s platform and maintaining an alternative investments product tool of key information
- Identify opportunities to integrate Artificial Intelligence in any processes to streamline workflows
- Participate in a variety of other firm activities and projects as needed
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in financial services
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Willingness to obtain FINRA Series 7 & 66 licenses

- Motivated self-starter that possesses the ability to offer superior service and support multiple inquires
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and data analysis
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Excel, Word, Power Point, and Access
Compensation Range
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $85,000 to $100,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
