Location
The position is located at 5232 Tod Ave SW, #2A, Warren, OH 44481. It is an on-site, role Monday – Thursday 5:00am – 3:30pm, with occasional overtime as-needed on Friday.Â
Reporting Relationships
The General Laborer will report directly to the Plant Manager, working closely with floor supervisors and other laborers.Â
Position Summary
We are seeking dependable, hardworking laborers to join our team building custom wood crates for industrial equipment and machinery. This is a hands-on position that requires the ability to safely use power tools, read basic measurements, and work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Requirements
 Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Build custom wooden crates according to specifications and work orders.
- Measure, cut, and assemble lumber using hand and power tools.
- Operate nail guns, saws, drills, and other shop equipment safely.
- Read tape measures and follow basic drawings or instructions.
- Load, move, and organize lumber and finished crates.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 40 - 50lbs regularly.
- Comfortable using hand and power tools.
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required Education, Experience, Certification, Licenses or Registration
- Previous hand tool experience required.Â
- Previous construction experience preferred.Â
