Job DetailsJob Location: Warren, OH 44483About the Role As a Personal Experience Representative, you’ll guide members through their Personal Teller Machine (PTM) experience while providing exceptional service via video technology. You’ll represent 7 17 Credit Union’s values of honesty, integrity, trust, empathy, and teamwork—helping members achieve their financial goals in a modern, connected way. What You’ll Do Process member transactions accurately and efficiently using video technology. Educate and assist members on PTM use, ensuring a positive, helpful experience. Proactively identify and recommend financial solutions to meet member needs. Maintain strong product knowledge to support members effectively. Balance daily virtual transactions accurately and follow established policies. Represent the Credit Union professionally—on camera and in all interactions. Department Hours: Monday–Thursday: 8:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. Friday: 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. Saturday: 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. (Flexible schedules within department hours; hours subject to change.) Work Environment & Physical Requirements This position involves a mix of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day. You’ll use your hands to handle tools, equipment, or technology and may occasionally reach or balance while performing job duties. You should be comfortable lifting up to 20 pounds several times per day and sitting for extended periods (up to 10 hours). Good vision—close, distance, color, and peripheral—is required, along with depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Work is typically performed in a moderate-noise, indoor environment. On rare occasions, you may work near equipment or be exposed to outdoor conditions. QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: At least six months of customer service experience (financial experience preferred). Skills: Comfortable and professional on camera Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment Friendly, member-focused attitude and team spirit Additional Requirements Must be bondable throughout employment. Ability to work flexible hours within department schedule. Adherence to professional dress code and workstation standards.
