This role ensures products are properly stored, displayed, and available for customers while maintaining a clean and organized stock area. Key Responsibilities - Unload merchandise from delivery trucks safely and efficiently. - Inspect shipments for accuracy, damage, or missing items. - Sort and organize products in the stockroom or staging area. - Stock shelves, racks, and displays according to company standards. - Rotate inventory and ensure older products are stocked first when required. - Maintain clean and organized shelves and storage areas. - Remove empty boxes, packaging, and debris from the sales floor and stockroom. - Follow safety procedures while handling merchandise and equipment. - Assist customers with locating products when needed as well as assisting the courtesy team with carry outs when needed. -MUST BE ABLE TO WORK EARLY MORNING HOURS Benefits: Full Time - Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 401k, Paid Time Off, and Holiday Pay. QualificationsRequired Skills and Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent preferred - Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise up to 50 lbs. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment during overnight or early morning hours. - Basic teamwork and communication skills - Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines. Physical Requirements - Frequent lifting, bending, reaching, and standing. - Ability to unload trucks and move heavy merchandise. - Standing and walking for extended periods - May involve early morning, evening, weekend, or holiday shifts. - Use of pallet jacks, carts, or other stock equipment
