2nd Shift Automotive Technician – Washington, DC

 

$30.00 - $38.00 hr | Weekly Pay | Full Benefits within 30 Days

Pay & Schedule

 

Pay: $30.00 – $38.00/hour (based on experience and ASE Certifications)Pay Frequency: Weekly pay – every FridaySchedule: Monday - Friday 2:30pm-11:00pm

What You’ll Do

  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on light to medium fleet vehicles
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
  • Complete inspections and ensure vehicles meet safety standards
  • Document repairs and complete work orders
  • Maintain tools and equipment
  • Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
  • Work with supervisors and team members to keep fleets operational

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience in performing automotive vehicle maintenance and repairs
  • Ability to diagnose mechanical issues
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must own and maintain personal tools and toolbox necessary to perform job duties
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Conditions

Technicians may be exposed to traffic, dust, diesel fumes, noise, and mechanical irritants such as oils and greases. Work may involve lifting heavy objects, accessing tight equipment spaces, and bending, stooping, crouching, or crawling while performing repairs.
