Class A/Class B Driver

Summary:

Join our dynamic team as a Professional Driver, responsible for ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods within the Washington, DC area. This role involves handling fragile, high-value items and requires a professional attitude alongside logistical support duties.

Responsibilities:

• Perform pickups and deliveries within the Washington, DC area
• Handle fragile, high-value items
• Assist the logistics crew when not driving
• Maintain a professional image at all times

Qualifications:

• Class A and/or B CDL is mandatory; non-CDL drivers need not apply
• Safe and attentive driving skills
• Highly productive and self-motivated
• Positive attitude with excellent attention to detail
• Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Minimum of 1 year experience driving a straight truck with air ride brakes, preferably in urban areas
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more, load/unload truck, and secure cargo
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Comfortable with basic arithmetic and able to take direction from clients
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test if required
