The selected candidate will provide specialized court security expertise in support of key mission requirements across the Judiciary.  Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must undergo and pass a background investigation. This position is contingent upon award.  Responsibilities: Provide expertise in process analysis, organizational assessment, governance, and operational improvement Assess current workflows, roles, decision authorities, organizational interfaces, and governance structures supporting CSO staffing and security systems operations to identify inefficiencies, gaps, unclear responsibilities, and opportunities for standardization or modernization Develop current and future state process models, evaluate organizational and governance alternatives, and define practical improvements to accountability, coordination, and decision making Work with security, workforce, and analytical SMEs, to ensure recommendations reflect operational requirements, stakeholder dependencies, and implementation constraints Required Qualifications: Masters Degree Minimum Fifteen (15) years of experience conducting process analysis, organizational assessments, and governance evaluations for complex operational environments Proven ability to assess workflows, roles, decision authorities, and organizational interfaces to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement or standardization Strong background in developing current state and future state process models, evaluating organizational and governance alternatives, and defining actionable operational improvements Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary SMEs to ensure recommendations reflect operational requirements, stakeholder dependencies, and real world implementation constraints Capability to produce clear, sustainable process maps, governance frameworks, decision matrices, and transition recommendations that support long term organizational effectiveness  Preferred Qualifications: Previous Federal Court protection experience Previous State or County Court protection experience  About Mayvin Mayvin is more than a workplace—it’s a community built on innovation, ingenuity, and impact. Enjoy outstanding benefits and amenities, a truly supportive work environment, and continuous opportunities for professional growth.
