Hours: Monday through Friday, 7 am- 3:30 pm
Hourly Rate: $44.00-54.00 commensurate with experience

The Lead CT Technologist ensures delivery of high-quality, safe, and efficient CT services while leading daily clinical operations for their assigned center. This role balances direct patient care and image quality standards with team leadership, staff scheduling, and compliance oversight, including ACR accreditation and equipment maintenance. Success in this position is reflected in strong patient experience outcomes, a well-functioning clinical team, and consistent adherence to organizational policies and quality standards.

āāāāāāāHere is what you will need:
- Completion of a formal radiologic technology training program and holds current certification by ARRT in Radiography
- Completion of advanced level didactic and clinical training in CT
- Current, non-restricted licensure in state of work location as required
- Five years of experience as a working CT technologist
- Minimum of two years of supervisory experience preferred
- Preferred experience with Siemens CT Machines
- Preferred experience with eRAD RIS
- Ability to effectively communicate to patients the procedures and provide education within clinical scope of practice.
- Strong Desire to serve patients

A Day in the Life of aĀ Lead CT Tech:
- Produce high quality diagnostic CT images and administer contrast materials while closely monitoring patients for reaction and comfor
- Lead and coach clinical team members, manage staffing coverage, and support onboarding for new hires
- Serve as a resource for clinical education, procedure guidance, and day to day team communication
- Complete and maintain ACR accreditation requirements, and coordinate equipment maintenance and vendor service calls
- Oversee CT supply inventory to ensure adequate and cost effective stock levels
- Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing patient concerns and escalating as needed
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards
- Partner with your Center Director on team performance, incident reporting, and center operations
