Job Description:

Tria Federal is seeking an experienced Program Support Officer (Senior Staff Officer) to support the Operations and Integrations Plans Division at Defense Intelligence Agency's Deputy Director for Global Integrations (DDGI)

Basic Requirements:  

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS)
  • 5+ years of experience 
  • Active TS/SCI w/ CI Poly 

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with military service, combatant command, or Joint Chief of Staff planning activities is preferred.
  • Experience as an O-5 level command Operations Officer and/or higher level staff officer (DOD O2-O3/E7 or equivalent GS/GG)
  • Experience with Joint and Strategic Policy.
  • SharePoint data and information management
  • Experience engaging with internal/external stakeholders to collect, store, analyze, sort, and integrate diverse data into recommendations, assessments, or presentations.
  • Experience with Department of Defense programs relating to military readiness, joint training, exercises, and lessons learned.
  • Experience as a staff officer, executive officer, planner, or operations officers on a staff at the service component command or higher.

Responsibilities: 

  • Support planning, developing, identifying, and justifying task execution for the Division.
  • Provide utility support to all branch projects through knowledge and task management.
  • Synchronize and coordinate operations across the Plans Division.
  • Support joint and strategic planning portfolio leads.
  • Support the review, draft, and/or update of Policies or Standard Operating Procedures 

ACTIVE TS/SCI with CI POLY CLEARANCE REQUIRED* MUST BE U.S. CITIZEN

Work Location: ON-SITE SUPPORT DIA HQ in Washington D.C. 

 

 

Salary Range
$145,000$165,000 USD
