Qualifications

POSITION SUMMARY
 
Coordinates services at the main information desk in the Outpatient Rehabilitation Spine and Pain Center.
 
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education/Qualification
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience as lobby greeter/receptionist in high traffic building preferred
 
Skills
  • Basic computer skills (must be able to scroll through directory to retrieve patient room #)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual ability desired
