Who We’re Looking For:

We're seeking a motivated Sr. Field Engineer with over 1 year of construction field experience who is ready to take the next step in their career. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment. Our Sr. Field Engineer will play a key role in project coordination, quality control, subcontractor management, schedule monitoring, document management, and field operations. This role requires sound judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting Superintendents and Project Managers in the successful delivery of projects.

As an exempt position, the Sr. Field Engineer is expected to exercise discretion and independent judgment in coordinating field activities, identifying project challenges, developing solutions, and supporting project leadership with operational decisions.

What You’ll Do:

Our Sr. Field Engineer will serve as a critical link between the project management and field teams, supporting the successful planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. Working closely with the Superintendent and Project Manager, the Sr. Field Engineer will assist with daily field operations, subcontractor coordination, quality control, schedule monitoring, and document management.
