Responsibilities:
Innovative Tech Solutions Inc is looking for a talented and driven Site Reliability Engineer to join their team onsite in Chantilly, VA. Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, highly available infrastructure and systems
- Monitor system performance and reliability using observability tools and dashboards
- Respond to and resolve incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and tooling to reduce toil and improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate SRE best practices into the software development lifecycle
- Define and track SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets to ensure service reliability standards are met
- Participate in on-call rotations and contribute to continuous improvement of incident response processes
Requirements: - Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar role
- Strong proficiency in scripting and automation languages such as Python, Bash, or Go
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible), and version control systems
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or Splunk
- Strong understanding of networking, Linux systems administration, and distributed systems
- Ability to work fully onsite 5 days per week in Chantilly, VA
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to perform under pressure
