Personal Banker - Washington

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assumes responsibility for the effective and professional performance of financial service functions
• Is responsible for establishing and maintaining effective and professional business relationships with customers and external contacts
• Establishing and maintaining effective coordination and communication with area personnel and management
• Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned
• Must be very familiar with Cache Valley Bank’s procedures and training

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• No prior personal banking experience required
• Teller and/or banking experience is desirable
• Branch services are efficiently and effectively delivered in accordance with established company policies and standards
• Communicate clearly, accurately and cordially through email and telephone
• Good working relations exist with branch personnel.
• Sparak banking system experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills, outgoing, able to tactfully resolve issues as they arrive
• Detail oriented, accurate and efficient
• Team player who also displays individual initiative
• Maintain the highest ethical standards as defined by Cache Valley Bank’s vision and values
