This position will be serving as a liaison in the proper implementation of our ergonomic program.

This position willĀ be servingĀ asĀ aĀ liaison in the proper implementationĀ ofĀ our ergonomic program.Ā Ā
TasksĀ
- This position requires daily interaction with Team Members in the HMP program,Ā investigation of new illness cases toĀ ensure that effective root cause prevention wasĀ attainĀ and preventative measures are being followed on each shift. Requires writing and follow up of work orders inĀ SAP,Ā Prepare and conduct Monthly Ergo meetingsĀ for senior management,Ā performingĀ various ergonomicĀ auditsĀ and entering information to tracking systems. This position requiresĀ facilitatingĀ ergonomicĀ program awareness training at the hourly level, knife sharpness audits,Ā assistingĀ AHTs with fitting new Team Members with the proper equipment.Ā
- Other tasks as assigned.Ā Ā
- SuccessfulĀ candidateĀ must be willing to work in any department that mayĀ include butĀ not limited toĀ the harvest and processing floors.Ā
REQUIRMENTS:
Computer Skills:
Must have basic computer skills to include data entry to Excel and utilizing other Microsoft Office software (ex. Word, Powerpoint, Outlook).
Communication Skills:
Must have good communication skills, bilingual skills preferred.

Preference given to internal qualified candidates currently employed at this facility followed by candidates from other Tyson facilities then external candidates.
