The Account Manager is responsible for providing account support within the sales  team by leading and directing the strategic implementation of our client’s marketing and sales support activities. This position is also responsible for ensuring timely, accurate and on-budget execution of both customer and internal projects. Effectively communicate with internal and external resources to build a consultative working relationship with the client. Ensure and understanding of the client's needs, objectives and expectations while effectively managing resources to meet budget and deadlines. Manage planning and implementation of the day-to-day relationship with clients ensuring the fastest, most cost-effective strategy to meet our clients’ sales objective cross media tactics. Manage ongoing account service and management, development of new opportunities and ongoing revenue streams, and solicitation of referrals. Coordinate client review meetings to review solutions and ensure customer value. Solicit and report on feedback to ensure TMG is providing the highest value. Develop campaigns and manage resources to meet client goals and objectives while maintaining knowledge transfer and service standards while managing budget and deadlines to ensure customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain a broad background in The Marek Group’s core competencies to ensure the ability to design customer solutions with the support of the entire Marek Group team. QualificationsThis Is the Perfect Job for Someone With: A high level of energy and drive, paired with a commitment to accountability and integrity. The ability to pivot based on client needs and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. College degree and/or 3+ years of experience in the print production and fulfillment industry. 5+ years of account management or equivalent experience. General knowledge of various print production processes (digital printing, offset printing, embroidery, engraving, etc.) Experience being the main point of contact for clients and delegating tasks to team members. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth technical sales environment. Strong teamwork mentality. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
