We’re hiring a Paint Line Associate to join our manufacturing team! You’ll help keep our automated powder coating line running smoothly by preparing, loading, unloading, and inspecting metal parts. And the best part? Powder coating experience is NOT required — we’ll train you! WHAT YOU’LL DO You’ll help make sure parts move through our paint line safely, efficiently, and with the quality our customers expect. Your day will include:  Loading and hanging metal parts on an automated conveyor line.  Following work orders and loading diagrams to ensure parts are positioned correctly. Unloading finished parts and preparing them for packaging, assembly, or shipment. Inspecting finished parts for scratches, coating issues, or other defects. Helping with masking, plugging, and part preparation when needed. Keeping parts organized and maintaining accurate counts. Working closely with painters, quality inspectors, and other production team members. Following safety procedures and wearing required PPE. Communicating any quality issues, shortages, or equipment concerns to your supervisor. THIS JOB IS A GREAT FIT IF YOU... Like staying busy and working with your hands. Have good attention to detail. Can keep up in a fast-paced production environment. Are comfortable with repetitive lifting and handling. Take pride in doing quality work. Are dependable and work well as part of a team.
