Job DetailsJob Location: Wausau - Wausau, WI 54403Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $15.00 - $16.00 HourlyJob Shift: DayPOSITION SUMMARY: This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. Cleans and improves the YMCA facilities and equipment, including preventative maintenance to cleaning equipment.   ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1.    Provides overall facility cleaning and keeps supervisor aware of product inventory. 2.    Checks the proper operation of all cleaning equipment. 3.    Completes cleaning work and projects in a timely manner.  4.    Works in an efficient manner and as a team member with other custodial staff. 5.    Makes supervisor aware of cleaning issues and anything in need of repair or replacement. 6.    Ensures that assigned equipment is maintained and operated in accordance with the policies and procedures of the YMCA. 7.    Snow Removal and Lawn Care as Needed 8.    Performs other duties as assigned.   YMCA COMPETENCIES: Mission Advancement: Models and teaches the Ys values.
