Predictable Daytime Schedule: Enjoy a stable routine from 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday, giving you consistent hours and your weekends back (occasional team meetings extend to 5:00 PM).
BCBA-D Owned & Mentored: Led by Dr. Michelle Kuhn, BCBA-D. Direct supervision hours and accessible, daily mentorship from collaborative on-site BCBAs.

What You’ll Do
Provide 1-on-1 Direct Care: Implement individualized behavior plans to support functional communication, social skills, and daily living activities for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Deliver Assent-Based Therapy: Practice neurodiversity-affirming care, prioritizing child safety, comfort, and positive engagement in a high-energy clinic setting.
Track Session Data & Collaborate: Use a clinic tablet to log real-time data and objective progress notes while working alongside speech, occupational, and clinical leads.
What We’re Looking For
Credentials: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong drive to learn—no prior healthcare or ABA experience required!
Mindset: High empathy, strong communication skills, and a true passion for supporting neurodivergent children.
Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for daily commute to the Waxahachie clinic.
Physical Stamina: Active and agile—able to sit on the floor, stand, bend, kneel, run, and transition quickly to safely engage children at eye level and maintain safety protocols.
