Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Surveillance in Claude, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor assigned areas, and report security-related concerns. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including business operations, parking areas, entry points, perimeter locations, and restricted areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and help maintain awareness of authorized access to operational and construction-related areas.
• Document patrols, observations, incidents, and unusual conditions in required reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
