We are currently seeking an EEC certified Infant/Toddler Teacher at our Webster location. This individual will shape the classroom environment within agency guidelines by leading, coordinating, and making decisions to develop and maintain a quality early childhood program. This candidate will have taken Child Growth and Development at the College level and have a minimum of 9 months experience working with toddler or preschool children.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of the children at all times, being alert for their needs as individuals and as a group
  • Supporting the Lead Teacher in creating and implementing an exciting and enriching learning environment for children
  • Share in the classroom decision-making, finding a mutually agreeable plan that is best for the children
