Housekeeper/Maintenance Essential Duties: Cleaning areas as assigned to include common areas, laundry room, restrooms, etc. of the facility Sweep, mop, vacuum hallways, stairs, and clean office spaces Trash removal Setting up rooms for functions, activities and meetings as well as taking down for clean up of area after activities. Cleaning apartments. Assist with apartment turnovers. Other duties as assigned QualificationsEducation: High School Diploma/GED maintenance background, leadership and motivational skills. Working knowledge of most aspects of commercial and residential maintenance. Skills/Qualifications Great customer service skills, Commercial Housekeeping experience helpful.
