Production Planner I  

Location: West Whiteland, PA, USA

Using advanced metals chemistry, you’ll help tackle the world’s biggest challenges - cutting emissions, powering modern life and supporting life-saving technologies - by applying, refining and recycling metals that matter for a healthier, more sustainable, circular future. 

The role: 

As a Production Planner I, you will help drive our goals by: 

  • Managing assigned product lines and coordinating production schedules to support customer demand 

  • Processing customer sales orders through to completion, including precious metal starting stock planning 

  • Monitoring on-time-in-full delivery performance and inventory targets for assigned areas 

  • Working closely with Sales, Production and Customer Service teams to set daily manufacturing priorities 

  • Maintaining accurate planning, inventory and work order data within business systems 

  • Analysing production and inventory performance data to support operational decision-making 

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or at least two years of manufacturing or production planning experience 

  • Experience using inventory control, MRP or ERP systems 

  • Strong planning, organisation and problem-solving skills 

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail when managing transactions and data 

  • Effective communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams 

  • Good PC skills, including Microsoft Excel, and the ability to work independently
